The other night saw us reach for another older movie - Desires Within Young Girls, released in 1977 and available on DVD through Caballero. We open with a sex scene and immediately we see a familiar face - Georgina Spelvin (from Devil in Miss Jones 1 and 2, New Devil in Miss Jones, Erotic Adventures of Candy, Private Afternoons of Pamela Mann). She's busy riding John Leslie (A Thousand and One Erotic Nights, SexWorld) in a scene that was odd to begin with, but rapidly became very funny. She's a-ridin' her lover, whoopin' and a hollerin' about how poppa better get there coz momma's gonna cum. They both reach a loud climax... and he carks it.
This is not the best way to end an enthusiastic sex session, and Georgina's accent slips as she discovers that her husband has died. Turns out this was one of their games, but his happy ending was his final ending instead. Sucks to be him. Fast forward a few days/weeks, and the grieving widow, Madeline Stone (Georgina) is retrieving her "daughters" from their exclusive school. Now I use quotes because this was a little confusing. The red-head, Penelope 'Penny' Stone (Clair Dia) calls her "Mom"; the brunette, Cecilia 'Cissy' Stone (the divine Annette Haven, last seen by us in Barbara Broadcast, A Thousand and One Erotic Nights and SexWorld) calls her 'Maddy'. There was a discussion about her daughters and some confusing explanation that they were Charles's daughters (dead husband) or something like that. Maybe she's their step-mother? I dunno. Anyway, the devoted mother wants to marry the daughters off to rich husbands, as now that her's is dead, she is rapidly running out of funds. This is not nasty step-mother stuff; she seems genuinely devoted to each girl.
Cissy is very sexually aware, and somewhat experienced (apparently a scene between her and Martin the Chauffeur, John Seeman, was cut from the DVD release). Penny on the other hand, is a nervous virgin. Maddy enlists the help of family friend and gigolo, Mark (also played by John Leslie) and Mark teaches Penny the arts of seduction. What followed was a very good "deflower the virgin" scene and she ends up very enthusiastic about the whole thing. It was a little odd seeing how "little girl" her bedroom was, with stuffed toys all over the place, and apparently this scene was cut from the VHS release some years ago. While there is a bit of underage innuendo, there's nothing creepy about the actual sex scene, and her young age is not played upon.
Maddy takes her daughters around to all her old haunts, with people who play games of various sorts. She's been out of touch for a while, as Charles liked to keep her to himself, but having two daughters helps with re-introductions. First port of call is an old flame, and eccentrically rich farmer, Duke (Ralph Jenkins) who has a son of marriageable age, Jace (Ray Randall, aka Ray Wells). Jace takes an immediate fancy to Cissy and they have a vigorous roll in the hay, but an extended bout of sneezing on her part, combined with enthusiastic talk from him about how they'll rise at 4 every morning, he'll feed chickens and she'll raise a large brood of children, sees Cissy departing hurriedly.
Next attempt involves meeting up with Harrison Price (Frank Hollowell, aka John Alderman) a man renowned for his dinner parties. His parties have games with sets of rules. The first game involves sex that each person wants. The second game pushes each person's limits to see if they are true sexual adventurer, or have mundane limits. Maddy and Harrison have a bet as to who will be the eventual winner - if she wins, he gives her $5,000. If he wins, she has dinner with him. The first of these games is between the Baroness (Joan Devlon) and a fashion model (Bonnie Holiday). An enthusiastic lesbian scene, the Baroness loses the game when she's asked to have sex with a man. The next scene is between Suzy (Stacy Evans), her friend (Abigail Clayton, Sex World) and Chris Marshon (Robert Metz, aka Jon Martin, last seen in 1001 Erotic Nights Part 2: The Forbidden Tales). I can't remember if he was meant to be a virgin or merely a bit shy, but they have a great threesome. His limit is reached when Dominique the Dominatrix (Sabrina) enters and starts to push him around. Mind you, I think I would lose interest too, if I had a stiletto heal digging into my bits. Then we see Cissy tied up in a dungeon with the General (Chelsey Noon), who likes to punish little girls. Creepy dude. Still, his scene doesn't go according to plan when Cissy starts to feel nauseous from all the rich food she has scoffed down, and threatens to puke if she doesn't get some alka seltzers. Her gum-chewing puts him off and the fact that she can slip her hands out of the restraints to have a wank to make herself feel better is the final straw. He storms off, leaving her horny and looking for action. Meanwhile sister Penny has attracted the interest of rich wanker playboy Charles Dancer III (Turk Lyon). She is supremely uninterested in him, but he craves her. Her disdain is such that she kills his erection, something he's never experienced before. This was very funny because he is such a tool. She leaves in disgust and Cissy sneaks in, magically repairing his cock to full working order. Poor Maddy loses her bet with Harrison at this point, and she'd been winning up until then.
Penny and Mark have a frank discussion about why they do what they do, confess their love for each other and run off to be paupers together. Maddy is left still trying to marry Cissy into money and takes her to a party held on a yacht. There Cissy sees John Dayton (Paul Thomas, Erotic Adventures of Candy, New Devil in Miss Jones, Sex Wars, Little Girls Blue, Autobiography of a Flea) for the first time and falls instantly in lust, falling off the jetty in the process. John jumps in to save her, then takes her to have a shower which he naturally joins in. They work really well together and have the sort of bath sex that encourages us all to try it, even when we know it is slippery and dangerous. Maddy is deep in conversation with John's dad, Clark Dayton (Carl Irwin) when a note is brought to them explaining that their children have run off together and Clark remarks that he hopes it will be the making of John. Turns out John has been such a reprobate that dad had to disinherit him a year earlier. Poor Maddy! Now both her daughters are hooked up with paupers. Who is going to look after her in her old age (a decrepit 43)? Well it turns out that dad Clark quite fancies Maddy and she gets another sort of happy ending.
OK, so written down the plot is very stereotypical and somewhat cheesy. But this was a genuinely funny film, with porn performers who can actually act. That immediately makes it worth watching. Natural boobs and bushes abound, together with figures that aren't plastic. The film was made on a very tight budget, which is a shame, because some more linkage between the scenes would have been nice, but it still flows reasonably well. All in all, definitely worth seeing.
As this is an older film, you may have to try classic specialists to get hold of it. I'm not sure how many mainstream suppliers will have it, but an Internet search brings up a few.
