Glampuss Bikini Line Colour

I have pink pubes!

Perhaps I should explain that statement further...

In our never-ending quest for review fodder, we have watched crap porn, tried toys, both good and bad, and now I have dyed my pubes. In searching for organic lubes (see the Pink Water review), I stumbled upon an organic pubic hair dye, Glampuss Bikini Line Colour, made by MiniKINI Ltd in the UK. My first reaction was shocked disbelief, but on re-reading it, I got interested.

Oh, and I should point out here, that you shouldn't be reading this site at work. It's never safe for work and this review is, in particular, not safe - there are photos after the jump!

Sexy Crystal Body Sparkles

Have you heard of the new trend of vajazzling? Basically it involves sticking sparkly crystals on a freshly waxed pubic area. It seemed to take off after Jennifer Love-Hewitt went on the George Lopez show and talked about how she'd "vajazzled her va-jay-jay" (an expression which I cannot bear, by the way). Anyway, the trend started and about a month ago, Dave sent me a link to an article about a salon in New York that does it and the costs involved (massive...like 4 figure massive.. but they do claim to use genuine hand cut Swarovski crystals). The author of the article then told of her own experiences with a cheaper option.

I read the article, laughed heartily, then forgot all about it. That is until last week. You see, last week I placed an order for a variety of products (to provide review fodder) and I spent enough to qualify for some free gifts. Now the majority of these were tat - penis ice trays, fake nipples, feather ticklers, Bucks' or Hens' night games - you get the drift. I went through the list thinking that I wouldn't bother selecting anything. Then I found some fake tattoos that weren't too bad, so I was inspired enough to keep going. Then I found a different set of fake tattoos, henna this time, that I thought looked OK. "Ah well", I thought, "if nothing else, I'll remove the packaging and give them to the kids to use. They love putting fake tattoos on". I continued through the list (I have to admit, it was extensive). Then I found "Sexy Crystal Body Sparkles". "What the heck?" I thought, "let's get a bit of sparkle going." So there were my free gifts chosen, order completed and I just had to sit back and wait for it to turn up.

Fantasy Made Flesh: The Essential Guide to Erotic Roleplay

PoorBest

Another book review for you this week - "Fantasy Made Flesh: The Essential Guide to Erotic Roleplay" by Deborah Addington. This is a book that turned up in our Xmas box from the Professor, and I confess, not one that I would have purchased. We haven't felt the need to add erotic roleplay to our repertoire; there's the time involved at the end of a long day, there's the lack of child minding to ensure that we don't get interrupted at a crucial moment ("Dad, why does Mum have a blindfold and an apron on? She did the washing up earlier."). You get the picture.

Anyhow, I started reading, in an attempt to find out what we've been missing. Now I'll be honest here, I'm not much into self-help books, and anything that refers to the "Self" and the "Other" (with capitals) usually leaves me cold. The first five chapters of this book relate to giving oneself permission to indulge in silliness and fantasy, and helping the reader to identify their boundaries and whether or not they can be pushed. There are even exercises to do. I really found this section of the book hard going. While the author's work is very worthy, it is fairly heavy going to read.
