I think my opinion can be described in one word - "WOW!"
Seriously, it requires only one thing to make it perfect, and that's a pillow to rest my head on when I'm leaning backwards - it can strain the neck a bit. We've tried some of the positions described in the instruction manual (which seems to suffer a little from over-translation); most of them work, some aren't possible for us without extra equipment. We actually ended up going to the hardware store and buying a longer chain to hang it from, so that we could adjust straps more (and so I don't need a ladder to climb into it).
I should point out, we needed the longer chain because Dave had to hang it in a beam in the ceiling, rather than in a door frame like was said in the instructions. Actually, that's probably my only criticism of the instructions - that you put it in a door frame, but then they say to leave the eye-bolt installed permanently so that it stays a strong installation. Depending on your door-type, that could stop you from ever closing the door again. Then they suggest hanging a plant from it to make it less obvious. In the middle of a doorway. Go figure!
The love swing is kind of expensive, and it is a weighty parcel, so the shipping was high, but it is well worth it! Go buy one right now.
